Restrictions on Age and Weight. To qualify for parachute training you must be aged 16 or over and be in good health. Jumping out of an aeroplane doesn’t require a high level of fitness , although if you suffer from heart trouble you shouldn’t consider jumping.

Aged 16 or 17 then the consent letter and medical witness signature on the enclosed forms will need to be signed by a parent or guardian. You will need these forms with you on the day of your jump.

Aged 18 to 39 then you can sign your own medical of fitness.

Aged 40 + then the enclosed medical form must be signed by a doctor after they have read the notes on the back of the medical form.
