In placing a booking with Tandemjump.co.uk it will be deemed that you have agreed to the following terms and conditions.
All booking deposits are
non-refundable. Deposit payments are
valid for 12 months from the date of your skydive.
All gift vouchers are non-refundable. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your jump date must be within the 12 month period.
Tandemjump.co.uk is unable to authorise refunds on any money paid on arrival at the skydive centre. Refund enquiries must be made directly with the skydive centre.
Tandemjump.co.uk have no involvement with any fund raising you may choose to arrange in connection with your skydive. All responsibility for raising and collecting charity money rests with the person jumping.
Tandemjump.co.uk will endeavour to book your skydive at the nearest centre on the date requested. However, skydiving is very popular, especially during the summer months. It may be necessary to offer you an alternative centre or jump date.
Due to the nature of the sport it may be necessary to postpone your skydive due to unsuitable weather conditions or reasons beyond the control of Tandemjump.co.uk. In the event of such a cancellation it is the responsibility of the person jumping to return to the same centre on an alternative date.
The minimum age to do any type of skydive

The maximum age limit for solo courses is 50.
Anyone aged 40 or over must have a British Parachute Association ‘declaration of fitness’ form signed by their GP.
Failure to produce the relevant paperwork on arrival at the centre will result in the postponement or cancellation of your skydive.
The maximum weight limit for all courses is usually 15 stone.
Your weight must be in proportion to your height.
Your suitability to complete the skydive is assessed at the time of booking.
If the details given are incorrect it may lead to the cancellation of your skydive.
There are certain medical conditions which may prevent you from skydiving. Amongst the medical restrictions for all types of skydive are, epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, recurrent weakness or dislocation of any limb, diabetes, mental illness, drug or alcohol addiction. For a full list of conditions please refer to the declaration of fitness form. In placing a booking it will be deemed that you have read and understood the medical restrictions.
If you suffer from, or have suffered from any of the conditions listed you must seek medical approval from your GP in the form of a signed and stamped ‘declaration of fitness’ medical form.
Skydiving is an adventure sport. I agree to these terms and conditions and I confirm that I am aware that by participating in the sport there is a risk of injury or death.
I also confirm that I do not hold Tandemjump.co.uk responsible or liable for any claims from myself or my representatives arising from any accident or incident resulting in any type of loss or damage ( including injury or death ).
By completing your booking you are confirming that you agree to the terms and conditions and that you conform to the restrictions stated.
